Poverty Law Program help includes income assistance, appeals and tribunals, disability, applications and appeals, pensions, tenancy, dispute resolution, bankruptcy and debt, and employment.

Free legal family law and poverty law advocacy for low-income people. The family law advocate helps with family law matters like separation/divorce, guardianship, parenting time, support, and child protection. The poverty law advocate helps with applications and reviews for income assistance, PWD, CPP, and advocacy for landlord/tenant disputes.

The Family Law advocate services include legal information, referrals, summary advice, and client advocacy for people facing family law issues such as divorce, separation, and protection orders. The Poverty Law advocate provides on-one-one advice (referral, summary advice, or full representation) to low-income clients on a variety of legal topics.

The family law advocacy program provides support and knowledge as you navigate through your family law issues. The outreach and advocacy program helps clients with poverty law, domestic violence, and crisis prevention issues. Volunteers will help you navigate relevant social services and resources.

The Poverty Law advocate provides free advocacy, representation, and assistance to low-income women and men, including EI, benefits, PWD, CPP, CPP-D, FMEP, tenancy, WCB, mental health.

The family law advocate helps with issues including child protection, guardianship, support, and separation and divorce. The poverty law advocate provides information, support, and one-on-one advocacy to get provincial and federal benefits and services. The legal advocate also helps with other issues such as debt and WCB.

Provides information and advice about child support, spousal support, legal aid, family law programs, and various legal issues related to family law, as well as income-support programs and residential tenancy concerns. Also helps with applying for legal aid, income support, and appeals.

Referrals, legal advice, and representation for issues related to poverty law, including disability and other benefits, tenancy issues, debt collection, and human rights; and issues related to family law, including child or spousal support, divorce, separation, and property division.
