Access Pro Bono Summary Advice Program
Access Pro Bono
Offers free legal advice to low- and modest-income individuals by phone or videoconference. Their volunteer lawyers provide up to a half hour of advice at each appointment, with the possibility of more appointments. Legal issues include family, immigration, criminal, and civil law (such as debt, employment, welfare, and housing matters).
Dispute resolution for consumers
Better Business Bureau
Helps you file a complaint against a business and get a resolution to your problem. You can post reviews about your experience with a business. The BBB will help you report scams, imposters, frauds, or schemes, as well as file complaints about warranty disputes for a vehicle.

An online tool to help you find a legal advocate and anti-poverty organizations that can help with issues related to family law, debt, welfare, housing, disability, human rights, employment & workers’ rights. The database includes women's shelters, settlement programs, and other community services. You can search by areas of advocacy or city.
