Disability Law Clinic

Disability Alliance BC

The Disability Law Clinic provides free legal advice to people with disabilities about human rights and discrimination. Issues include accommodations in the workplace; access to transportation; access to education; housing; and service animals. They can also provide advice to people having problems with their disability benefits.

BC Human Rights Clinic

Community Legal Assistance Society (CLAS)

The BC Human Rights Clinic provides free legal assistance to people who have filed a complaint with the BC Human Rights Tribunal. They provide summary advice, 1-2 hour legal consultations, and legal representation, if you’re eligible. The Short Services clinic provides free 30 minute appointments with a human rights lawyer or advocate.
